The constant level oiler is used for determining a specific level of oil of various oil lubricated equipment for their smooth functioning. Excess oil helps to raise resistance capacity which in turn increases temperature level of oil. It quickens aging and damaging of oil seals that cause frequent leakage of oil. On the other hand, low oil level indicates functional failure of equipment.
Usually, a pre-determined level of oil is needed during successful execution of 'SPLASH' lubrication technique. This particular technique results in a splash due to rotation of lubricating element. The splashed lubricant helps to lubricate all the parts of a specific equipment. Splash is also created if half part of a machine is submerged in oil and the remaining part is above the oil.
'LUBEX” constant level oiler is designed with PC (polycarbonate) made dome, aluminum alloy fabricated base and elbow for its convenient installation purpose. The polycarbonate material of this item improves its impact resistance capacity, clarity and helps to maintain necessary temperature range (110 degree C). Its lock nut is instrumental in maintaining vertical position of of this oiler without hardening its elbow part.
The polycarbonate dome of this oiler is designed with threaded surface and is suitable for periodic cleaning purpose. Its modular design helps in easy replacement of its any component if required.
The mechanism of 'LUBEX” constant level oiler is quite simple. Its 'x' air passage becomes activated when oil level reaches below a specific level. At that time, its PC dome produces bubbles. The entire process causes flow of oil from PC dome to the machine. As its result, the level of oil rises within the machine. After reaching of oil into the machine, its 'x' air passage is closed and bubble production is discontinued.
In this process, the oil level in PC dome reduces, although the oil level of machine remains the same at a constant level. The oil of its PC dome can be restored at any time by removing the screw of its base and refiling the PC dome. The advanced design of this product ensures its durability for several years.
